Full licence application and consultancy
Our full property licensing service deals with the council on your behalf and guides you through the process from start to finish. Following a phone consultation to determine your property’s requirements, we will arrange a convenient time to visit the property to get started.
One of our Fire Safety/HMO Officers will visit your property for an inspection, and inspect your property to the same standards as the local authority (LACORS and HHSRS).
Our in-house experts will analyse the information collected during the inspection and produce a comprehensive report to outline anything that might need amending in order for the property to be completely compliant.
Our consultancy fee covers us to create a fire safety escape plan, a fire safety equipment plan and a tenants fire safety and property management notice, where required.
We use the information gathered in your initial inspection to fill in your application correctly on your behalf, ensuring you take on no undue liability as the licence holder.
Your licence will then be processed by your local authority, with any upgrade plans or additional information as required. We will also provide you with a no obligation quote on building works.
