If you own a rental property in Hammersmith and Fulham, there is a good chance that it will require a licence from 5th June 2017. There are two new types of licensing schemes that apply:
SELECTIVE PROPERTY LICENSING
This applies to any rental property on 171 streets listed by Hammersmith and Fulham.
ADDITIONAL PROPERTY LICENSING
This applies to shared houses rented to 3 or more people from more than one family.
